In 1994, art studio Kempro, also part of a foundation started with 5 creative talented residents (part-time). 1999 the art studio became a full-time activity. Nowadays they have a work placement for 18 people. In the art studio there is the possibility to work with several art materials such as painting and sculpture. We also have guest artists who give workshops, this gives an interesting result with the artist of the Kempro studio. Frequently we provide art works in the art studio of people with a limitation and ‘normal’ people. The high quality of art in combination with the charisma of the exhibition has made Kempro to a place where artists and ‘art lovers’ can meet each other. Kempro has organised a project of ‘exchange and integration’ a yearly event in which we organise several workshops. Participant are professional artists, artists of Kempro and young, (semi) artists. The mix of these participants gives a wonderful atmosphere. A unique event.
