Beautiful People, a social and sustainable coffee- and teaconcept. Durable With the Beautiful People concept we want to offer the business and the private market a coffee experience with coffee from the rainforest of Costa Rica. This coffee has the Rainforest Alliance Certificate. This is a label that farmers only get when they work with the highest environmental and social standards. This ensures a first class coffee to consumers but also a fair price for the farmer. In addition the Rainforest Alliance organization and Beautiful People are committed to the protection of the unique rainforest in Costa Rica. The tropical rainforest is the world's most endangered ecosystem. Beautiful People started a social and sustainable tea concept in December 2009. Our Sun Leaf tea comes from Sri Lanka wich is the country where the world's finest tea originates from. The tea is grown by the Fair Ground standards which serve to protect humans and the environment. In addition there are social programs started from the revenues of the tea. All Beautiful People products are durable and have independent certificates of the Rain Forest Alliance, Max Havelaar, Eko and Fair Grounds. Social Beautiful People is connected to artists with intellectual disabilities. Artists who are not always understood. But then again van Gogh, Rodin and Herman Brood weren't either ... Using their talents with arts for tableware and coffee machines gives our concept a unique appearance. The art is shown in all products and machines of the concept and shows the special talent that this target group offers. For business customers it is possible to purchase the art or organise 'in house' exhibitions. We represent and support more than 50 workshops including 10 in Belgium, one in Switzerland and from early 2010 on our own Beautiful People studio in Dubai. All these workshops are attached to the Beautiful People Art club. Beautiful People creates workplacements in the catering concept "Arts & Food" for people with intellectual disabilities and or psychological problems. Art is a language that has connected and amazed people for centuries. All that can now be found around your coffeemachine ... Beautiful People also has a franchise catering concept which answers to the name Arts & Food. The concept is recently selected as most exciting and innovative concept of the Netherlands. Arts & Food offers young people with a minor mental limitation a workplace with some professional assistance. You can always enter Arts & Food for a cappuccino or a healthy meal.
